From the site: Learn more about current guidelines for CHD patients at the 8th Annual Adult Congenital Heart Disease in the 21st Century Patient and Family Session. This half day session is led by providers, patients and family members and includes a panel on the impact of CHD on the family, featuring an interactive discussion with patients, family members and providers. Breakouts following the panel include addressing the challenges of living with CHD and the importance of self-care. 

Light refreshments and parking are included in the registration fee.  Registration is $20-40.
