Looking to combine fitness with awareness and fundraising for CHD. This February, in honor of American Heart Month and CHD Awareness Week, The Fitness Equation is hosting a "Hope for Hearts Cycling Challenge" with all proceeds going directly to the INOVA Children's Heart Center.
